About Us

The Marlton Recreation Council is a non-profit volunteer organization whose sole purpose is to provide organized sports and promote sportsmanship for the youth of Marlton. Over 7000 children participate each year. More children receive academic accolades, and scholarships, so keep that in mind as your champion athlete is growing up, and have them exercise that muscle between the ears as frequently as all the other muscles. Keep your child's life in balance as they grow, with attention to their individual needs. The Marlton Recreation Council is concerned for the safety of all its athletes and also of the other children in attendance. All parents attending MRC sporting events are required to exercise appropriate supervision over their own children attending those events and over any other minors for whom they have assumed responsibility. All Marlton residents are welcome to attend the general meeting held at the Recreation council building on the first Thursday of each month at 8:30 pm.
