Dave Linden

Commissioner: Responsibilities to the President of the Marlton Recreation Council (MRC), for the overall operations of the youth football program. These areas include, budget, equipment, league representation, rules, coaches, players and parent conduct. Ensuring all participants has the opportunity to play football in a safe environment, while developing athletic and personal skills while competing and representing our community. Required to submit minutes for all football committee meetings. Each member of the football committee appointed as a voting member has voting rights, the commissioner reserves the right to veto any vote. The MRC Executive Board reserves the right to grant or deny any rule or designation passed by the football committee. The commissioner is also chairman of the disciplinary board.

Tom Reilly

League Representative: League Representative: Represents the MRC football program at all SJEIYFL meetings or ensures an alternate representative is present at the meetings. Provides input provided by the committee to the league at such meetings ensuring the MRC Football Programs positionis clearly understood. Briefs committee members on the league meeting minutes at the monthly football committee meeting. Will assist the commissioner and other equipment custodians with the inventory, purchase, issue and collection of all MRC football equipment to players/parents. Also, league representative serves as a member of the disciplinary board.

Don Rodgers

Director of Rules/Registrations/Support: Serves as the representative to the football committee for the implementation and interpretation of all MRC Football rules. Coordinates registration preparations, forms, and processing. Coordinates all game schedules. Provides IT support to MRC Football committee, and provides WEB content / information to WEB sites. Also serves as alternate league representative.

Brian Allen

Director of Field Operations:Responsible for the oversight of the game and practice facilities. Ensures access to all equipment, lighting and use of facilities are adequate to conduct practices/games. Also ensures practices do not exceed past 8:15pm time limit and no more than three full practices and one walk thru during a respective week. Finally consult with the commissioner on any Field operations complaint or concern.

Nicole Harper

Director of Concession/Promotions/Banquet/ Team Parents: Represents the MRC Football committee with the organization of the concessions at the MRC Football practice and home game facilities. Chairman of the banquet committee serves as the primary focal point of contact for all banquet activities. Primary point of contact for recruiting, selecting and organizing team parent coordinators. Responsible for reviewing and approving all fundraising activities.

Jay Liberti

Director of Player Development: Responsible for overseeing of the progress of player development. Assist’s coaching staffs with providing the necessary resources to keep up with current coaching techniques. Provides input to players advancement to playing football in High School. This position is the interface to the High School Football program for coordinating camps and the use of High School facilities.

Mike Jackson

Director of Player/Parent Personnel/Communications: Primary point of contact for parent and players to address concerns/grievances regarding the football program. The player representative has the full authority to attempt to resolve all issues according to MRC policies and standards. If necessary, the player representative will bring concerns to the executive committee for discussion and resolution. Player representative will impose all punishments/suspensions for rules and conduct violations. Player representative will be responsible for all communications from Marlton football to the community.

Bill Mooney

Director of Safety/Equipment: Ensures all equipment, fields and participants meet minimum MRC safety standards. At a minimum, all Football equipment shall be inspected annually. Upon Safety director’s discretion, any practice or game shall be stopped immediately due to adverse weather or playing surface conditions. Also serves as alternate league representative.

Robert Curley

Director of Program Sponsorships: Represent Marlton Football in the corporate environment. Use those relationships to gain financial support through advertising for the organization to help control costs. Works with the Director of Concession to help obtain donations to run the concession stand. Work with the Director of Player/Parent Personnel to assure we are in compliance with MRC bylaws.

Lori Barr

Administrative Assistant: Assists the commissioner with the overall operation of the MRC football organization.
