A service fee of $25.00 will be charged for any refund requested after seven (7) calendar days from the date you (parent/guardian) sign-up your child for a sport.

All refund requests must be made to and approved by the Commissioner of the sport.

Internal Procedure: All refund requests are to be made in writing by applicable Sport Commissioner. The Commissioner is responsible to react to refund request in a timely manner and submit request to MRC Secretary for initial processing. The MRC Secretary will verily request against MRC records and give to MRC Treasurer for processing. The Requestor should expect receipt of refund within a three (3) week period from initial office processing.

There will be no transfer of registration fees from one sport to another. Player's transferring from one sport to another during the same season must satisfy financial obligation to new sport and await refund from sport player has transferred from.

A refund for a sport may be issued when all conditions are fulfilled.
