  copy of the participants Birth Certificate and register in person
  (no-online)


• Registration
  limited on a first come first serve basis

  check per sport registration form


• Athletes
  can be 18 years old prior to cut off date, if enrolled in High School


• Late Registrations
  will be accompanied by a $10 Fee


• A $25
  service fee will be charged on all refunds after seven calendar days from the
  date of sign up
