Travel Teams

Marlton Baseball Travel Program

The MRC baseball program provides the game of baseball to all levels of ability, with the opportunity to play on our Travel Program through a tryout process.

  • The first opportunity to play Travel Ball begins at the 7 year-old-level, where in the summer, we form two teams and extend the season and play games at a higher level of competition. This helps prepare players for "travel" opportunities that are formalized at 8 years old.
  • Each fall, Travel Baseball tryouts are conducted. During this time, players are selected for the teams that fit them the best.
  • Travel Baseball offers a higher level of instruction, coaching and opportunities for players to achieve their goals on the baseball field. Travel baseball can be intense and it comes at an additional cost. The costs vary on an annual basis.
  • Travel Baseball is offered up to players 14-years-of-age.

Cooperstown Experience for 12U Travel Ballplayers

What Is Cooperstown Dreams Park?

"One of the best tournaments for 12U baseball players is Cooperstown Dreams Park in Cooperstown, New York. It provides the opportunity for players ages 12 and under to spend a week playing against other teams from all over the United States."

We're excited to bring this same experience to our 12U Marlton Travel Baseball players!

Thanks to all the parents and players who joined us for the first-ever Marlton Travel Baseball Town Hall held in mid-November at Cherokee High School!

We were excited to share with you the many plans for the future of Marlton Baseball, including updates to the new  indoor training facility planned at Kessler Field.

A special thank you to our baseball pros and special guests who stopped by to provide need-to-know information for parents with kids in the game.
