US Lacrosse has teamed up with our registration system, SI Play, and is now offering a convenient way players can verify, join or renew their US Lacrosse membership.
Marlton Girls Lacrosse will add this feature to our registration for the 2019 season.
Going forward, when players register, parents will be asked to input their daughter's US Lacrosse number. *ALL CURRENT 2-8 grade PLAYERS HAVE A MEMBERSHIP*
The system will then prompt you that the membership number is valid or ask you to join or renew for the 2019 season. If the player's current membership is not valid for our entire 2019 season, then you will need to renew.
Once you renew or join, that membership number can be used to proceed with registration.
US Lacrosse membership verification is a hard stop in our registration and will not allow you to proceed until you have a current membership.
Given that we did not get a volunteer to take over the US Lacrosse Admin board position, this gives us a great alternative!
Registration fees have been reduced by $25 to offset the cost of now renewing or joining on your own.

I wanted to lend some more details around renewing your daughter's US Lacrosse membership in this email.
US Lacrosse ID Required US Lacrosse Membership is not included in registration for players.
A valid US Lacrosse ID is required to complete this registration. This is required for ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES.
Go to US Lacrosse to get, look up, or renew your membership, and enter the ID when prompted in registration. Note: A valid ID has a total of 12 digits (000001234567) and you must input the leading zeros.
Alternately, if you go to www.uslacrosse.org then you hover over Players, you will see that 'Renew Membership' is an option.
All current 2-8 graders from the 2018 season have a membership and will need to renew. Use the email that is associated with your MRC account at the US Lacrosse website to either log in or create a new account.
If the player is new to the program or currently in K, 1 grade then you will need to join US Lacrosse.
When joining or renewing US Lacrosse membership, please choose MARLTON RECREATION GIRLS LACROSSE as the organization.
***If you enter your daughter's membership number in registration and the system states, that it is INVALID then you will need to renew. All USL memberships, renewed by me in the 2018 season, for Marlton Girls Lacrosse is valid until March 2019. It does not cover our entire season, which runs into June 2019. Your daughter will have the same 12 digit number ID from last year to this year.
We need the membership to cover the players the entire season. When you renew then that renewal is good until March 2020.**

What is my US Lacrosse Number? How can I find it?
Your membership number is found above your name on all mailings from US Lacrosse including your membership card, renewal notices and your magazine label. If we have a valid and legible e-mail address, your number was also sent to you when you renewed/joined. You can also visit US Lacrosse member search page and enter the requested fields.
US Lacrosse Membership renewal is needed every 12 months.
US Lacrosse members receive US Lacrosse Magazine, lacrosse injury insurance, membership in a local chapter, an e-mail newsletter, discounted merchandise, free admission to the Lacrosse Museum and National Hall of Fame, eligibility to attend US Lacrosse events, knowledge of supporting the growth and development of the sport, access to programs and services and ability to utilize national partnerships. US Lacrosse Magazine is mailed at the end of the month prior to the issue date. The date your membership is processed will determine the first issue of US Lacrosse Magazine you will receive. All adult and high school members receive all published issues. Youth members receive the February, March, April, May, July, and October issues.
